Aurella ‘Kaybee’ Beach-Leathers is a former infant nanny who specialized in respectful & attachment style caregiving. They are from the Southern Caribbean island of St.Vincent and the Grenadines, is a proud Garifuna and mother to two amazing young adults! At the core of the Garifuna people is community and Kaybee is a very community oriented person.

Kaybee, spent a few years fiercely advocating for domestic worker rights as a volunteer of the National Domestic Workers Alliance and was an assistant trainer with the amazing Nanny Training Course put on by the NDWA & Cornell Workers Institute. 

Kaybee began their journey as a newborn care specialist when the family they nannied for welcomed a new baby and paid for their NCS training so they’d be better equipped to take care of the baby. There began an amazing journey that has landed them as an advanced certified newborn care specialist and Elite NCS student.

Kaybee formally left the nanny world in 2020 and is now a Perinatal Support Specialist, providing multiple levels of support to families.

KayBee is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, a Certified Lactation Counselor, a Certified New Parent Educator, Child Birth Educator and Advanced Certified Newborn Care Specialist.  They are trained in Ayuverdic postpartum practices and are currently pursuing certification as a Perinatal Nutrition Educator.

Last June KayBee launched their first cook book in partnership with Newborn Care Solutions, at their inaugural NCS Enrichment conference!

In 2022 KayBee was a guest presenter at CAPPA’s annual conference, presenting a workshop on infant massage. They are also the owner of Kaybee Village, a boutique agency offering Perinatal support services & nanny referrals, in New York and parts of New Jersey.
